Booking T&C’s
We want to make your event planning experience as stress-free as possible. To help us do this, we kindly ask you to follow a few T&Cs:
Venue hire fee: $3,000 excl. GST. An upfront deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining payment is to be made at the close of the event.
The owner reserves the right to hold a bond up to $1000. The bond is fully refundable, subject to a site inspection upon completion of your event.
Any damage to the property or furniture by the clients or guests will be their responsibility to repair or replace.
Catering equipment, leftovers and rubbish must be removed immediately after the event conclusion and cannot be left until the next day.
The venue it is not licenced for the sale of liquor, so you cannot sell any alcohol during the event. BYO Alcohol can be served at all times.
The venue closes at 11:30 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours residing across the street.
The rooftop has a legal capacity of 100 people total, this includes any staff or security.
The hirer is responsible for briefing external suppliers on the venue's limitations. Suppliers unfamiliar with the site can attend a meeting on-site with an on-call staff member/owner before the event.
