Booking T&C’s

We want to make your event planning experience as stress-free as possible. To help us do this, we kindly ask you to follow a few T&Cs:

  • Venue hire fee: $3,000 excl. GST. An upfront deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining payment is to be made at the close of the event.

  • The owner reserves the right to hold a bond up to $1000. The bond is fully refundable, subject to a site inspection upon completion of your event. 

  • Any damage to the property or furniture by the clients or guests will be their responsibility to repair or replace.

  • Catering equipment, leftovers and rubbish must be removed immediately after the event conclusion and cannot be left until the next day.

  • The venue it is not licenced for the sale of liquor, so you cannot sell any alcohol during the event. BYO Alcohol can be served at all times.

  • The venue closes at 11:30 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours residing across the street.

  • The rooftop has a legal capacity of 100 people total, this includes any staff or security.

  • The hirer is responsible for briefing external suppliers on the venue's limitations. Suppliers unfamiliar with the site can attend a meeting on-site with an on-call staff member/owner before the event.
